Changed How Towny Works And Dissabled Dynamap

There you go now, I have done so to make it easier to attack other cities. Now we have 5 Second intervals before blocks go back. it means if you have a city you have to do it safer and possibly hide your chests carefully so that they are hard to find!. I have also removed the players from dynamap so it will be harder for people to find each other!
